海外のお客様向け新メニュー
麺処 やま志では、日本の伝統的な蕎麦の味を海外のお客様にもお楽しみいただけるよう、新しいメニューを開発いたしました。この新メニューは、日本らしさを大切にしつつも、海外の方々に親しみやすい味付けや盛り付けを意識して作られています。
信州から取り寄せた蕎麦粉と厳選された素材を使用し、職人が毎朝丁寧に打ち上げる手打ち蕎麦を、特別なアレンジでご提供いたします。また、新メニューでは英語表記のメニュー（随時対応中）を導入し、スタッフによる英語での対応も強化。海外からのお客様にも安心してお食事を楽しんでいただける環境を整えました。
例えば、人気の「鴨せいろそば」では、日本の風味を活かした特製スープを、海外のお客様にも親しみやすいよう、よりマイルドな味わいに仕上げています。

New Menu for Overseas Guests
At 麺処 やま志, we are delighted to announce the development of a new menu tailored specifically for our overseas guests. This menu has been crafted to preserve the essence of Japanese tradition while incorporating flavors and presentations that are approachable and enjoyable for an international audience.
Using premium buckwheat flour sourced from Shinshu and carefully selected ingredients, our skilled chefs prepare handmade soba noodles fresh every morning, offering them with a special twist. Additionally, our new menu includes English translations (in progress) and enhanced English communication support from our staff, ensuring that overseas guests can enjoy their meals with peace of mind.
For example, our popular Duck Seiro Soba features a specially crafted broth that highlights authentic Japanese flavors while being refined with a milder taste to suit the preferences of international guests.
